Worst product

Horrible experience.. worst product..bad customer service. I bought Specifique cure anti thinning aminexil scalp treatment for hair loss.. I’m loosing more hair than ever.. I have called customer service to ask my money back.. Anna told me she will send me an email with instructions to see what can they do.. nothing so far.. such an expensive product., I’m so disappointed..I will post this complaint every place online. Appalling customer service

Kerastase placed multiple paypal holds in my bank account - for hundreds of dollars - for products for an order they arent actually fulfilling. They didnt even tell me this had happened, I only found out from my bank statement when I couldnt pay for groceries. They are now refusing to contact paypal to get the payments reversed even though they say they wont be sending product. They say they refuse to do anything because the holds will eventually drop off. PayPal is refusing to remove the holds until Kerastase contacts them and says it could be up to 30 days. This has caused me huge stress and I can't believe how badly Kerastase has behaved and how they can't be bothered to do anything to fix the problem they have caused.

Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Disgusted with this company. No invoice email In the words of Jim Dionond - I should have known better. Keraste products are 100% fakes. Only thing good is delivery by DPD.

AWFUL !!

AWFUL !!! CHRONOLOGISTE LINE CAUSED AWFUL BUMPS ON MY SCALP. KERASTASE ONLINE AN TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 2 WEEKS.I JUST WANT A REFUND THESE PRODUCTS ARE EXPENSIVE!!!

Customer Service is pointless

I decided to order CHROMA ABSOLU DARK COLOR CORRECTION HAIR CARE SET and I intended to use the 20% off advertised. When I went through the process of ordering I kept looking for the place where I could enter the promo code; the promo code cannot be entered anywhere. I went through the process thinking I that it would probably ask me to input the code under shipping and payment or under order confirmation but there is nowhere to put the code. I ended up confirming the order thinking there may be another screen where I could put the promo code and there wasn't. I am sure other people have complained about this same situation. I am upset because it was advertised that I would get a discount and there was not. I called customer service and they told me that they could not find the order and that I needed to call them in 30 minutes. I called the second time as instructed and then I was told to call back in 15 minutes. I decided to give them more time and called back 1.5 hours later since no-one could find my order the first two times. No one told me that if I took longer to call and the order entered the processing phase, no one would be able to cancel the order for me. I received an email saying that the products I ordered at in back order but my order still cannot be cancelled I was told by your customer service representative. I tried to explain the situation to the customer service person and she stated that there was nothing she could do. Apparently, no one in the customer service department can cancel orders unless you catch the order in this specific time window that I can only assume is a few minutes long, where the order can be found by the customer service representative and before it enteres the processing queue in their system. It's ridiculous that people must put all this time and effort in something so simple. (1) Kerastase website needs to be updated where people can actually input the promo codes you are advertising. (2) Kerastase customer service representatives need to have the ability to cancel orders without customer having to call 3 times on the same day; people have other things to do with their time besides spending all day setting reminders to call back Kerastase customer service. I can't believe the hassle. Kerastase chat never came on, it just says to wait for someone to be available, I waited for 20 minutes.

Kerastase misleading costumers by selling different quality products (that can harm) in the same packaging.

Complaint regarding the products: Kerastase specifique bain prevention and Kerastase genesis serum
I am writing to you, as I have a complaint regarding the products. I have been using the product, and had good results at first. Then i bought more of the same product, and, immediately had issues with the new batch i ordered.

The issues is a burning sensation in my scalp and also a burning sensation in my eyes. I have noticed that the second batch smells different, and my hair now is thinner, which is the opposite effect of what the product should do. I have now studied the product, as I didn't have any issues with the first order. And I am surprised to see, in a very bad way, that there is a big difference in the products.
The good product is made in France, and the bad product is made in Spain, probably under different manufacturing circumstances. This is in my opinion, misleading to paying costumers. Selling products that can harm people, because it is made in a different/cheaper? location, under lower standarts is a very bad thing, especially when you are a big renown world wide company.

Kerastase Denmark just blows this of with a allergic reaction, but no reaction with the product from france!

Kerastase products saved my hair online shopping sucks

Kerastase products saved my hair!
But as much as I love their shampoo, oil and etc I do HATE buying online from them. I will not say anything about shipping cause when it’s delayed - I mean , it’s not their fault BUT 1 week to 10 days to process an order? Really???!!!! 1 week to put 2 bottles in a box?

P.S. The site sucks too, it keeps me login in and out while browsing through and at the end at checkout even if I log in, it runs me as a guest customer. Conclusion after 4 orders ...3 as a guest( thank you site) and 1 finally on my acct
